Bondage & Discipline Equipment
Bondage is the use of restraints for the sexual pleasure of the parties involved.
Bondage equipment is a general term to describe items used in role play scenarios. The most commonly used items are restraints, blindfolds and gags which come in many different forms. Some of the most popular types are simple leather cuffs or a collar, which can be a very symbolic piece to wear. There is an endless variety of toys available for all tastes.
Bondage can be divided into several categories. There is bondage that pulls parts of the body together, using harnesses and restraints. Bondage that spreads parts of the body apart, requiring items such as spreader bars. Bondage equipment that ties the body down to another object, like chairs, beds or stocks. Bondage that suspends the body from another object, suspension bondage, such as suspension cuffs. Bondage gear that restricts or partly restricts normal movement, with handcuffs and leg irons. Bondage products that wraps the whole body or a part of it in bindings such as a sleepsack or bondage tape.
Bondage does not have to involve two people. Self bondage is also frequently practiced, but some equipment does need to be modified to allow the wearer to use them on their own. However there are many ingenious items allowing for those who wish to practice self bondage.
Above all, bondage equipment is there to be enjoyed in whatever form it takes. Safety is paramount so buying from a reputable supplier of quality equipment is an important factor to take into account when purchasing.
